'Today\'s workout is the second in a series of the 100 reps challenge. We are doing 100 planks reps. 5 exercises, 10 reps each and we repeat these 5 exercises a second time. No break in between these exercises and make sure your back is flat to really activate the core and get the best results out of these. You\'ll definitely feel your core and arms burn after these. Do these twice a week. Absolutely no equipment needed - only motivation and lots of water for later.
